职位描述  
Responsibility and Authority


1. Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department's colleague.
2. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely.
3. Prepare checklist.
4. Maintain client and improve client retention rate.
5. Coordinate the projects with inorganic lab and organic lab.
6. Provide technical support to sales colleague

Education and Experience
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder.
2. At least 3 year relative working experience in third-party chemical lab.
3. Be familiar with textile & footwear related regulation/ directives/ standards/ methods/ buyer's specification.
4. Be familiar with testing requirement of other products types such as footwear testing, textile testing, E&E product, food grade test & toys as well would be an advantage.
5. Good understanding in quality and work flow in chemical laboratories
6. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
7. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
