请教，EME（说是涤纶T400）是什么？

最近遇到一面料给的是：100%EME（说是涤纶T400）。这种纤维具有一定的弹性。在显微镜下是两根涤纶并列的复合纤维。查阅了一些标准也没有说明这种形态的纤维如何表示的，请问一下，这种纤维在报告中应怎么表示？是标100%涤纶，还是标100%涤纶复合纤维？还是标100%涤纶/涤纶复合纤维？考虑到如果标100%涤纶就不能显现这种面料的特性了。

AATCC发给我们公司有张信息单，是介绍T400的，英文标签出“elasterell-p”
其实质是 有弹性的涤纶。杜邦开发貌似，我手头上没这份文件。

Elasterell (officially "elasterell-p") is an alternative to the generic name "polyester" for a specific subclass of inherently elastic, multicomponent textile fibers.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has issued a final rule which establishes the name. Elasterell was originally manufactured by E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and previously referred to as "T400". The FTC states that because this material is arguably comparable to other multicomponent polyester fibers, other companies that manufacture fibers satisfying the definition of "elasterell-p" may use that name in making required fiber content disclosures on labels.

J# tThe FTC is defining "elasterell-p" as fiber formed by the interaction of two or more chemically distinct polymers (of which none exceeds 85% by weight) which contains ester groups as the dominant functional unit (at least 85% by weight of the total polymer content of the fiber) and which, if stretched at least 100%, durably and rapidly reverts substantially to its unstretched length when the tension is removed.

今天到公司看了一下：
AATCC 标准 可以出“elasterell-p”
GB、”（ISO） 出 “elastomultiester”对应中文“新型合成纤维（聚酯弹力纤维）”

% s; {# H+ A2 K* _8 H欧盟指令：2007/3/EC 指令：针对96/74/EC附录1及2中的纤维名称作修正，并将“elastomultiester”列为新认可纤维名称。

最重要的是和客户沟通，“100%涤纶”的成份标也是可接受的，如果客户想获得新名称的标签的话，如果确认确实是“T400”，那就可以出具报告给他。

我认为首先确定是涤纶，其次，有弹性，至少拉伸100%

楼上的说法是正确的，一般说来只要符合下面两点就可以判定了：
1)确实是100%涤纶
2)具有弹性，就是说具有在外力下可延伸，并在移除外力后能回复的这样一种性能
实际上我们遇到的elasterell-p(T400)的弹性都并不是很强，远远差于氨纶(spandex),一般只能延长到自身的200%以下，即能增长100%以下，往往只有20%-40%，实际操作时，只要能感觉到稍有弹性就可以了。

这种新型纤维的回潮是和涤纶一样吗？也是AATCC\GB\JIS\CAN\CAS是0.4%。ISO\BS\AS是1.50%?

T400是英威达公司的弹性涤纶纤维，是由两种热收缩率不同的涤纶抽出同一根纤维所达到的，因此T400纤维外观呈卷曲状，它氨纶类弹性纤维不同，它的弹性非常有限，属于低弹类！

对，T400就是由不同粘度的聚酯组成的，其收缩性不一样，所以纤维卷曲，有弹性。
