职位描述  
一、任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，化学或材料、玩具、纺织品等相关专业，熟练使用Office软件；
2、有1年以上客户服务工作经验者，有日用消费品（包括日化、纺织品、玩具等行业）生产、制造行业或第三方检测行业经验者优先考虑；
3、具备较强的语言表达能力强，有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，能积极主动地为客户服务。

二、工作职责：
1、负责日用消费品领域客户的维护、技术支持；
2、接听客户来电咨询，解答客户检测咨询问题；
3、负责客户后续检测项目的跟进服务，并与相关人员进行沟通；
4、负责已合作客户深度开发，以及良好关系的长期维护；
5、整理客户资料；配合支持部门内其他工作。

(2) textile testing,
(3) toys testing,
(4) RoHS testing, and
(5) hardline testing
3. Advanced in both written and oral English
4. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
