Production Manager (Based in Shanghai)

An established soft home furnishings known globally. Presently, they are looking for a professional and capable individual to join their organisation as Production Manager (Based in Shanghai).  

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to a team of Merchandisers and QC to ensure products are developed and produced according to the specifications and shipped on time.
Provide leadership for merchandising, and QC team relations through effective communications, coaching and ensuring that all subordinates to perform their roles and functions effectively.
Problem solutions to faciliate desired results and improve working relationships.
Monitor product quality, cost reduction, and on-time delivery, safety, customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 - 8 years of good working experience in home furnishings/ home textiles or related industries, holding the title of Production Manager or similiar positions.
Applicants MUST be willing to be based in China, Shanghai.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, and a team player with high integrity & sense of urgency.
Positive, strategic-minded and able to communicate well with all levels.
Good command of English (oral & written) and conversant in Mandarin.

Salary & Benefits: - Salary: S$7,000+/- (Dependent on candidate's experience & qualifications).
