按标准所谈需要给正数级的：Assign the numerical grade of the photographic standard which most nearly matches the appearance of the seam in the test specimen.

经研究，应该是需要3个评级员参与评级，每个评级人员分别对每个样品单独评级，级别为最接近样品的标准板的级别（整数级别），标准板为整数级别（1，2，3,，4，5）。若按Option2 平均法报告评级结果，需报告所有各个样品不同评级人员的的平均级别（修约到0.1），那最终结果是可以有半级的。
